Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct English language training sessions (spoken, written, and functional English).

- Deliver modules on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.

- Facilitate interactive activities such as group discussions, role plays, and presentations.

- Assess learners through baseline, ongoing, and endline evaluations.

- Track student progress and maintain accurate training records.

- Support learners in improving interview skills and workplace communication.

- Ensure high learner engagement, attendance, and completion rates.

- Collaborate with centre staff for batch planning and reporting.

- Maintain training quality as per organizational standards.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or related field.





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in English training/teaching.

- Solid command over spoken and written English.

- Good presentation and facilitation skills.

- Ability to handle diverse learner groups.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, LMS tools preferred)

Preferred:

- Experience in skill development/NGO sector
