We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic English Language Tutor to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As an English Language Tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English language classes for students of different age groups and proficiency levels. You will help students build confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and listening while creating a positive and motivating classroom environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Instruction

- Plan and deliver effective English language lessons.
- Adapt teaching methods according to students' learning levels.
- Use modern teaching techniques, activities, and digital resources.
- Assess students regularly and provide constructive feedback.

Curriculum Development
- Assist in developing and improving teaching materials.
- Customize lesson plans according to batch requirements.

Student Engagement
- Create a positive and interactive classroom environment.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English.
- Motivate students to achieve their learning goals.

Individual Support
- Provide additional guidance to students who require extra assistance.
- Conduct one-to-one or small group sessions whenever necessary.





Assessment & Administration
- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
- Communicate student performance with the academic coordinator when required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but passionate freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Robust classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Working HoursFull-Time
- 8 hours per day
- Monday to Friday

Part-Time
- 4 hours per day
- Flexible batch timings based on availability.

Salary Structure At La Liberté French Institute, tutors are assigned batches based on performance and student requirements. Our salary structure is designed to reward good teaching and consistent performance.

Batch-wise Payment Structure

- New tutors generally begin with 2 batches.
- Salary for the initial 2 batches: ₹6,000 per month.
- Once the tutor demonstrates positive teaching quality, punctuality, and receives positive student feedback, additional batches will be assigned.




- Salary increases accordingly as more batches are allocated.

This gradual approach helps tutors build confidence while allowing us to maintain high teaching standards. Full-Time Position
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Monthly Salary: Up to ₹24,000, depending on the number of batches handled, teaching performance, qualifications, and experience.

Part-Time Position
- Working Hours: 4 hours per day
- Monthly Salary: Up to ₹12,000, depending on the number of batches assigned and teaching performance.
