Role Description The English Lecturer will deliver engaging classroom sessions that strengthen learners’ spoken and written English, with a focus on communication skills relevant to aviation, hospitality, and customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching lessons, preparing learning materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to support student progress.

The role involves collaborating with other faculty members to align teaching content with Frankfinn’s curriculum and training standards, as well as participating in academic meetings and student mentoring. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Raipur, requiring regular classroom presence and active participation in institute activities.

- Candidates should possess solid Teaching skills, including classroom management, learner engagement, and assessment capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, neutral accent and strong grammar and vocabulary.
- Prior experience teaching or training in aviation, hospitality, or customer service domains is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, adapt to structured training methodologies, and support diverse learner groups.
- Comfort with using basic educational technology and audio-visual tools in the classroom.
