Job Title: US Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking a US Engineering Recruiter to source and recruit qualified engineering professionals for US-based client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates for mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, quality, validation, automation, civil, and related engineering roles.
- Screen candidates based on technical experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Achieve daily submission, interview, and placement targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in US engineering or technical recruitment.
- Good understanding of engineering roles and technical terminology.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorizations.
- Experience using LinkedIn and US job portals.
- Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
