Role Purpose:

To execute and supervise API brownfield project activities across API manufacturing plants while ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards. Responsible for coordinating project execution activities, managing procurement and material follow-ups, preparing and reviewing engineering documents, supporting equipment qualification and validation activities, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- To execute and supervise various API Brownfield project activities of API Plants with safety and GMP.
- To maintain the daily activities related to project. To ensure proper housekeeping in project area.

- To prepare RGPs for sending instruments/ equipment's outside factory premises.
- To create purchase requisition for material and services in SAP system.



Follow up to purchase and vendor for timely delivery of material.

- To check the current material received at site from vendor.
- To prepare the equipment qualification documents and to perform equipment qualification activities
- To raise safety work permits for various activities during project execution.
- To co ordinate with user and other streams of engineering department for project related activities.
- To Prepare P&ID; and review PFD and equipment GA drawings by vendor.

- To ensure safety and GMP compliance.
- To carry out the activities as per approved QMS document.
- To check the vendor/ contractor measurement sheets and verify the same.

Qualification: DME/ BE (Mechanical)/ B. Tech with minimum 5 year's of experience in API Engineering project management.
