Title:English Communication & Language Trainer (LMS | K-12)

Location: Amritsar, Punjab (Travel to Rural Schools Required)

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging English language and communication training for Grades 6-12 through classroom, online, and LMS-based platforms.
- Teach Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading, Writing, Spoken English, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, and Interview Readiness.
- Design lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, learning resources, and student engagement activities.
- Develop students' fluency, pronunciation, confidence, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Create and record professional video lessons and digital learning content.
- Manage learner progress, assignments, assessments, and engagement through LMS platforms.
- Provide personalised coaching and support for diverse learners, including first-generation English learners.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and school stakeholders to support student success.

Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in English (MA English preferred).
- 5 to 8+ years of K-12 English Language Teaching experience.




- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience in Spoken English, Communication Skills, Personality Development, and Public Speaking training.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Ed., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, IELTS Trainer Certification, or Cambridge Certifications.
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE/International Schools, EdTech, NGOs, or English Language Institutes.

Technical Skills
- LMS Platforms (Thinkific, Moodle, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Canvas)
- Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva
- Online Teaching Tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
- AI-powered teaching tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot)
