- Willingness to work in US shifts (07:00PM – 04:00AM IST).
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for Engineering requirements.
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and clients.
- Managing candidate pipeline and follow-ups.
- Understanding client requirements and matching suitable profiles.
- Maintaining recruitment databases and reports.
