Requirements

- Minimum 12+ years of extensive experience in backend architecture, system integration, and full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, and web development frameworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud services and architecture patterns
- Hands-on experience with Git Hub actions, Terraform, and other continuous integration/deployment platforms
- Proven skills in performance optimization, capacity planning, and scalability troubleshooting.
- Experience in managing complex release cycles and deployment strategies.
- Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and modern data storage solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Harness, and other continuous integration/deployment platforms
- Proficiency with Dynatrace and other application performance monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration platforms.
- 12 14 years of progressive experience in software engineering and application development.
- 8 10 years of proven leadership experience in application development, with a track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Recent and ongoing hands-on experience in software development, demonstrating the ability to contribute technically while managing teams.
- Experience in the US healthcare domain is an added advantage.
- Preferred Skillset: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud platform certifications would be an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities





- Drive technical teams aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives and organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner effectively with product management, DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and create career development pathways for team members.
- Communicate technical concepts and project status effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in business systems planning and digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Technical Architecture Development

- Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable backend architectures and full-stack solutions.
- Maintain active involvement in coding activities, contributing to critical projects and serving as a technical mentor to the team.
- Evaluate and introduce recent technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
- Successfully manage medium to large-scale development initiatives across both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Establish and continuously improve development processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the development lifecycle.
- Take informed architectural decisions regarding technology stack, design patterns, and development methodologies.
