Roles and responsibilities

- To follow up with purchase for fixture, leak test and other SPM readiness
- To conduct trials at supplier for fixture, leak test and other SPM
- To do fixture inspection as per check sheet
- To align installation and commissioning of leak test and other SPM m/c and its correction if any
- To maintain the record of trials and final drawings for fixture, leak test and other SPM m/c
- To handover, fixture, leak test and other SPM m/c
- Maintain the data confidentiality, integrity and ensure the availability of information on time
- Protection of desktop, hard copy of information and other associated assets

- Practice and follow energy conservation as per EnMS SOPs
- EnMS improvement by generating kaizen ideas

Accountability of the role:

- On time development as per schedule/customer milestones




- On time delivery of first samples
- On time tool validation and PPAP

- On time readiness for SOP
- On time fixture development
- Fixture inspection and its correction
- SPM and leak testing machine inspection and its correction
- ECN review- within 10 working days

Qualification

- Diploma or B.Tech in any field
- 6 8 Yrs of experience in Engineering
- Should have knowledge of cutting tool development
- Knowledge of fixture development

- Knowledge of drawing and 3D model
- Knowledge of Leak testing machine
- Knowledge of ERP
