ENGINEERING INTERN – LIVE INDUSTRY PROJECT (Tier 1 College Only) Location: Bangalore

Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech Students | Minimum 7.5 CGPA ABOUT THE PROSPECT Are you a high-performing engineering student looking to gain meaningful industry experience while continuing your studies? We are looking for ambitious B.E./B.Tech students from Tier-1 and premier engineering colleges to work on a real-world live industry project in Bangalore. This is not a classroom assignment or a conventional internship.

You will work on an actual industry problem, collaborate with experienced professionals and apply your analytical, problem-solving and engineering skills to real business challenges. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON • Understand real business problems and requirements

- Analyse data and information to identify insights and solutions
- Work with industry professionals and project stakeholders
- Develop and implement practical solutions
- Take ownership of assigned project deliverables
- Present your analysis, ideas and recommendations
- Participate in project reviews and discussions WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Currently pursuing B.E. or B.Tech
- Minimum 7.5 CGPA out of 10
- Students from Tier-1 / premier engineering colleges preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Positive communication and collaboration skills
- Curious, proactive and willing to learn
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Based in Bangalore or able to work from Bangalore PREFERRED ENGINEERING DISCIPLINES Computer Science | Information Technology | Electronics & Communication | Electrical/Electronics | Mechanical | Other relevant engineering disciplines PROJECT COMMITMENT This is a structured part-time engagement and requires consistent commitment from selected students.
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week




- Regular weekday participation based on project requirements
- Weekend availability for project work, reviews or important project activities
- Ability to balance academics while meeting project timelines
- Commitment throughout the agreed project duration We will provide reasonable flexibility around college schedules. However, selected students are expected to take ownership of their commitments and deliverables. We are looking at a maximum of 4 hrs of commitment in a day and weekends will include field visits for competitor analysis STIPEND & PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES ₹25,000 Monthly Stipend + Performance-Based Incentives In addition to the fixed monthly stipend, high-performing interns will have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on individual performance, quality of work, ownership and project contribution.
