- Roles and Responsibilities

1.Document review Review of Test report of Gearbox, Inspection report of Shrink disc and inspection report of Coupling and prepare the dispatch clearance note in order to avoid the technical issues at plant.

2.Testing witness

Routine witness of gearbox testing and inspect the critical dimensions & Components at supplier end to avoid production delay of nacelle assembly.

3.Quality

Maintain CAPA of plant notifications for gearbox & drives related issues for identifing the rootcause of complaints in order to reduce complaints from plant and achieve the quality level.

4.Quality

Co ordinate with supplier and plant to solve the problems with proper solution inorder to reduce the production delay.

5.Report maintanance

Preparation & Maintaining the Monthly report,



Failure record to verify the required data at any time in order to reduce the communication time

6.New product Development

Involved in Recent product development, DCI and process & review of related technical documents

- Prior exposure and familiarity: (Input while shortlisting and assessment)

Knowledge of gear box equipments and assembly process, knowledge in drawings of rotating equipments.
- Major Challenges*:
