Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of technical infrastructure.
2. Assist in deploying, configuring, and managing systems and applications.
3. Respond to technical issues and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
4. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams for system reliability.
5. Implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational tasks.
6. Participate in capacity planning and system upgrades for infrastructure growth.
7. Document operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
8. Support automation efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
9. Provide 24/7 on-call support to maintain critical system availability.

Education Requirement

- B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

Experience Requirement

- 3 - 8 years





Skills & Competencies

1. Manage IT infrastructure proficiently.
2. Use scripting languages like Python and Bash.
3. Understand networking protocols and technologies.
4. Familiarize with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
5. Apply knowledge of version control systems like Git.
6. Work independently and collaboratively.
