B.E./B Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Position Title:- Engineer - Civil/Structure Works

Primary Focus:- Site supervision & execution of structure works

Key Activities:- Concreting, Shuttering-Conventional & Aluminium Shuttering, Reinforcement Steel, Waterproofing, Brick/Block wall, Plastering works

Coordination:- Site engineers, architects, consultants, MEP & finishing teams

Skills Needed:- Technical knowledge, QA/QC, communication, teamwork

Experience:- 2-5 years (1+ years in structure works supervision)

Outcome:- Quality execution, timely completion, defect-free handover

Responsible for day-to-day supervision and execution of structure activities on construction sites. This role ensures that all structure works meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
