2. To Travel Across the ALLOCATED REGION for Service Guidance and Service work.
3. Effective Communication require for each and every point to be reported for weekly and monthly analysis of problems.
4. Follow every service and after sales guidelines given from Authorized Service Team/Technical Cell Team from HO.
5. Responsible to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems in the Vehicle as a part of after sales activity
6. Responsible to understand customer voice positively and give them proper resolution as per rules and regulations
7. Responsible to follow the proper guidelines of service Team and after sales team (technical cell) for further implementation and adaptation in our product.
8. Ready to travel across ALLOCATED REGION and Near By vicinity for service purpose.
9. Responsible for customer education and customer service in well manner.
10. Record/data of customer complaint by generating Flash Report/PDI Report for further reporting.
11. Genuine Coordination and Responsible Reporting require with 100% Positive work attitude and ethics.
