Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Position Title:- Engineer - QS & Billing (Quantity Surveying & Billing)

Primary Focus:- Manage quantity estimation, cost control, contractor billing, coordination with PMC and data entry in ERP/SAP

Key Activities:- Prepare BOQ s; verify quantities from drawings and site measurements; prepare and certify contractor bills; maintain billing records; support tendering and rate analysis; track material reconciliation and budget utilization.

Coordination:- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, Procurement Team, Contractors, Consultants, Finance Team, and PMC

Skills Needed:- Quantity surveying, estimation and costing, billing procedures, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, contract management, MS Excel, Auto-CAD, ERP/SAP systems, analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Experience:- 3-8 years of experience in Residential building construction projects.

Outcome:- Accurate quantity estimation, timely processing of contractor bills, effective cost control, and successful project delivery within approved budgets.

Responsible for quantity surveying, cost estimation, contractor billing,



and commercial management of construction projects. The role ensures accurate measurements, timely bill certification, cost monitoring, contract compliance, and effective financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
