Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer with hands-on experience in transformer manufacturing to oversee and execute production activities while ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to delivery schedules. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of transformer assembly processes, production planning, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily production activities as per the production plan and achieve targeted output.
- Supervise manufacturing processes including core assembly, coil assembly, tanking, final assembly, oil filling, testing coordination, and dispatch readiness.
- Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.




- Monitor manpower utilization, machine efficiency, and material availability.
- Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Design, Quality, and Testing departments for smooth production flow.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Support implementation of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Minimize production losses, rework, and material wastage.
- Monitor productivity, rejection rates, and process efficiency.
- Assist in resolving production-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality systems.
