Position: Engineer Planning

We are looking for an Engineer Planning to support domestic spare parts sales and planning activities by coordinating customer requirements, order processing, material availability, and timely dispatch. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing planning, SAP, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Sales Orders (SO) based on customer material requests.

- Create Sales Orders for intra-company sales transactions.

- Coordinate with production, stores, outbound logistics, and accounts to ensure timely dispatch of materials.

- Follow up with the purchase team for shortage materials to meet customer commitments.

- Proactively communicate material shortages and delivery updates to service engineers.

- Maintain order tracking (LN Request) and monitor order status until dispatch.

- Support domestic spare parts sales execution and after-sales service requirements.





- Ensure timely response to customer material requests and maintain accurate planning records.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

Experience

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.

CTC

- ₹4.0 – ₹4.5 LPA

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of SAP.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Problem-solving mindset.

- Adaptability to a agile manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
