Role Purpos eWe are seeking a proactive and skilled Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization

Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Base**

- d)Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issue
- s.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral device
- s.Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permission
- s.Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issue
- s.Support Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, and enterprise application
- s.Monitor IT systems and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service request
- s.Assist in maintaining servers, backups, and security protocol
- s.Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for issue resolutio
