What you can look forward to as Engineer ME (m/f/d):

- Developing methods analysis techniques and standards
- Developing and establishing work standards for recent products and current products as part of productivity improvement activities
- Identification of wastes in the manufacturing processes
- Floor plan layout planning and revision control across all sites
- Virtual simulation floor plan layout at plant level to identify and eliminate flow bottlenecks
- Publishing standard manpower requirement based on demand
- Defining ergonomic standards in manufacturing equipment and maintaining material handling standards for in-house processe

Your Profile as Engineer ME (m/f/d):

- BE in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. Post-graduation in any of these disciplines would be an added advantage




- Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering function or production engineering function & 3 years in work study, time measurement and establishment of standards.
- The person must possess hands-on experience in conducting and establishing time study.
- Experience in work measurement for machining, assembly and testing processes.
- Knowledge of MOST methodology or other simulation techniques and industrial engineering practices is a must.
- The person must be able to conduct work analysis through video study and identify areas for waste elimination.
