Role Description The Engineer or Senior Engineer – ERW Production is a full-time, on-site role based at the Anjar manufacturing facility. The role involves overseeing day-to-day ERW pipe production activities, including monitoring process parameters, supervising shifts, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, optimizing machine settings, reducing downtime, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.



The position also requires preparing production reports, tracking key performance indicators, supporting root cause analysis for process issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures. The Engineer or Senior Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules and maintain high operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of ERW pipe manufacturing processes, production planning, and shop-floor operations.
- Understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation practices for steel pipes.
- Familiarity with mechanical equipment, rolling mills, welding systems, and basic maintenance coordination.
- Ability to analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and support process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic ERP or production management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in ERW or steel pipe manufacturing (experience level aligned to Engineer or Senior Engineer responsibilities).
- Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Willingness to work in shifts at an on-site manufacturing setting in Anjar.
