- Responsible for operation and maintenance of utilities such as air compressors, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, DG sets, and HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Monitor daily utility parameters and address issues to avoid production interruptions.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and coordinate with vendors for repairs or servicing.
- Maintain maintenance logs, utility performance records, and ensure availability of critical spares.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance for all utility equipment.
- Support installation and commissioning of current utility machinery.
