Role Overview:
We are looking for professionals with 15 - 18 years of experience in Application Support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and eDiscovery Tools, with experience in monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues across on-premises and cloud environments.
- • Troubleshoot application-related incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- • Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and cloud-based deployments.
- • Document support processes and provide end-user assistance.
- • Participate in application testing, deployment, and release management.
- • Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are maintained.
Eligibility Requirements:
- 15 - 18 years of experience in Application Support.
- • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- • Robust knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- • Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- • Experience with eDiscovery Tools.
- • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- • Willingness to work from NCR, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
