Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plans, organizes, and delivers the prescribed English and soft skills content as per curriculum
- Facilitates day-to-day classes to assist students in gaining knowledge and soft-skills needed to secure employment
- Organizing extra-curricular activities for students overall development.
- Conduct timely student assessment and social profiling.
- Minimize student dropouts and timely address all student grievances.
- Motive and counsel students as per need.

An ideal candidate should have:

- Passion for teaching.
- Drive to make a difference in the lives of trainees.
- The ability to work well in a team.

Qualification: Graduate. Experience: Min. 3-5 years Experience in training domain.
