What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Embroidery Digitizing.
- Robust hands-on experience with Wilcom and Pulse software.
- Good knowledge of stitch types, underlay, density, pull compensation, and embroidery production standards.
- Ability to convert logos and artwork into high-quality embroidery-ready files.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Create embroidery-ready files using Wilcom and Pulse software.
- Convert customer logos and artwork into production-ready embroidery designs.
- Modify existing embroidery files based on customer requirements.




- Ensure accuracy and quality before production.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects within deadlines.
- Maintain company quality standards and file organization.
