Hiring: Embedded PCB Design Engineer | 0–2 Years

Are you an electronics hobbyist who enjoys designing circuits, studying datasheets and building hardware from scratch?

Triterria is looking for an Embedded PCB Design Engineer to work on multidisciplinary R&D; projects involving embedded systems, robotics, UAVs, RF communication, power electronics, IoT, industrial electronics and edge computing.

The role will involve

- Schematic design and multilayer PCB layout
- Component selection and circuit design
- PCB prototyping, bring-up, testing and debugging
- Designing around microcontrollers, microprocessors, sensors, RF modules and FPGA-based systems
- Embedded power supplies, motor-control circuits and mixed-signal electronics
- Working closely with firmware, mechanical and system engineering teams

Required

- Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics
- Good knowledge of passive and active components
- Prior exposure to PCB design using KiCad, Altium, Eagle or similar tools
- Ability to read datasheets, reference designs and application notes
- Understanding of UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, ADCs and common embedded interfaces




- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers and hardware debugging
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Preferred exposure or conceptual understanding:
- High-speed PCB design, controlled impedance and signal integrity
- DDR4/DDR5, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI or LVDS routing
- RF circuits, antenna integration, impedance matching and EMI/EMC
- DC-DC converters, high-current layouts, motor drivers and power electronics
- FPGA, SoM and edge-AI hardware platforms
- Flight-control hardware, robotics controllers, data loggers or industrial electronics
- DFM, DFT, component sourcing and PCB manufacturing processes

You are not expected to have already designed all these systems. We are looking for candidates with strong fundamentals, relevant exposure and the ability to learn and apply current concepts.

Formal qualifications are less important than practical knowledge, personal projects and a genuine passion for electronics. Hobbyists, makers and engineers with a strong project portfolio are encouraged to apply.
