- Repair Electrical Systems and act quickly to make on the spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction

- Troubleshoot malfunctions of any electrical system must make inspections and assess potential problems and recommend changes or upgrades to electrical systems to increase productivity and functionality.

- Installation, operation relocation and maintenance of all productions equipment.

- Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

- Taking daily MSEB, DG & UPS readings and maintain the records for the Energy utilization in both the plants.

- Preventive maintenance activity of both HINJ & GOSD plant as per schedule.

- Responsible for timely maintain the documentation like Daily reports, Logbooks, Preventive maintenance report.





- Attending major or minor breakdown maintenance activity.

- Record the generation of the power through DG sets and maintain the records for the filing the DG returns.

- In house modification of system equipment for energy efficiency and improvement of performance.

- Maintenance of PCC & MCC panels along with all legal requirement.

- Involve in recent modification required for the plant.

- Following shift schedule and reporting to department head / Designee.

- In case of emergency Coordinate with production team for any concerns water plant requirements purified water in both plants.
