Job Summary

IFB Agro Industries Limited is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Incharge to lead the maintenance of electrical systems and utilities at our Nuzvidu manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance, HT/LT electrical systems, utilities, automation support, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, MCC/PCC panels, DG sets, VFDs, and electrical utilities.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability with minimum downtime.
- Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related issues.
- Supervise electricians and contract manpower.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.




- Coordinate with production and other cross-functional teams for planned maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to LOTO procedures and plant safety standards.

Candidate Profile

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Mandatory: Valid 33 KV Electrical Supervisor Competency License.
- 810 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing/process industry.
- Hands-on experience in 33 KV substations, HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, MCC/PCC panels, VFDs, PLCs, and power distribution.
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
