- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations and ensure that work on-site progresses according to plans and schedules.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor the quality of work to meet the required standards and specifications. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Reporting: Regularly report progress to the senior management team. Assist in preparing progress reports, site reports, and other documentation.
- Material Management: Monitor the procurement and usage of materials on-site, ensuring cost-effective and efficient usage.
- Communication: Communicate effectively via email and phone with clients, vendors, and other team members.

Identify any issues or potential delays and provide solutions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications and Requirements: *

- Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English and Hindi, with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in site management, project coordination, and understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Communication Skills: Robust email communication skills for correspondence with stakeholders and clients.
- Location: Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
