Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.

- Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical systems across the plant.

- Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, motors, and electrical distribution systems.

- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in plant machinery with minimum downtime.

- Monitor the performance and health of electrical equipment and recommend improvements.

- Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for planned shutdowns and maintenance activities.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

- Maintain electrical drawings, maintenance records, equipment history, and documentation.

- Supervise contractors and technicians during maintenance and project activities.

- Support installation, commissioning,



and testing of current electrical equipment.

- Optimize power consumption and improve energy efficiency across the plant.

- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.

- Experience with transformers, switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, motors, and DG sets.

- Understanding of PLC and SCADA systems.

- Knowledge of electrical protection systems and relay coordination.

- Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools and techniques.

- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
