Job Summary

Flexpro Electricals Private Limited is looking for a Electrical Engineer – Production to support and manage day-to-day electrical production and assembly activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, understanding electrical drawings, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring that products are manufactured as per required specifications, quality, and safety standards. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day electrical production and assembly activities.
- Monitor production work as per the planned schedule and priorities.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical assembly work on the shop floor.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Guide technicians and operators in electrical assembly and wiring activities.
- Ensure proper installation and connection of electrical components.
- Check availability and proper utilization of electrical components and materials required for production.
- Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Stores, and other departments for smooth production activities.
- Identify production-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Support testing and troubleshooting of electrical products during production.
- Ensure production work is carried out as per defined quality and safety requirements.




- Maintain necessary production records, reports, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in the electrical manufacturing/production field.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components, wiring, control panels, and electrical systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation.
- Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of electrical panel manufacturing and assembly.
- Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems.
- Knowledge of electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a factory/production environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
