- Drive production performance, productivity and on-time delivery.

- Standardize manufacturing processes, SOPs and work instructions.

- Monitor manpower efficiency and optimize resource utilization.

- Lead quality improvements, defect reduction and CAPA implementation.

- Own customer complaint resolution through RCA and cross-functional reviews.

- Review rejection, rework, EMR and warranty trends; implement preventive actions.

- Coordinate Production, Quality, Engineering, SCM and Service functions.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S initiatives.

- Present weekly/monthly KPI dashboards and strategic reviews to the Chairman.
