Role Description The Electrical BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed electrical Building Information Models for a variety of construction.

Qualifications Solid proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for electrical systems.

Experience working with BIM Electrical Models coordination and integrated building services.

Ability to interpret and produce detailed Construction Drawings and documentation from design inputs.





Hands-on experience as a BIM Modeller or similar role within the construction or engineering domain.

Knowledge of relevant electrical design standards, codes, and best practices.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent BIM platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
