Role Description The Electrical BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed electrical Building Information Models for a variety of construction.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for electrical systems.
- Experience working with BIM Electrical Models coordination and integrated building services.
- Ability to interpret and produce detailed Construction Drawings and documentation from design inputs.




- Hands-on experience as a BIM Modeller or similar role within the construction or engineering domain.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical design standards, codes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent BIM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Solid attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
