Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Early Learning Centre (ELC) Teacher to inspire our youngest learners through the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) . The ideal candidate will foster an inquiry-based, play-led, and nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of children aged 3 to 5.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery : Design and implement inquiry-based learning units using the IB PYP framework.
- Student Centeredness : Foster a child-led,



play-based setting that honors student agency and voice.
- Assessment : Document and assess student development through continuous observations and learning portfolios.
- Classroom Management : Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space.
- Collaboration : Partner with ELC colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support student well-being.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Certification : Montessori or early childhood teaching certification.
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in an IB PYP or inquiry-based school.
- Skills : Strong communication, classroom management, and digital portfolio documentation skills.
