- Handle walk-ins, calls,WhatsApp and online leads

- Explain career outcomesand placement opportunities

- Consistent follow-up toconvert leads into admissions

- Maintain CRM and lead tracking reports

- Coordinate with trainers and placement team

- Support seminars, demo sessions and marketing activities
