Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Educational Counselor role based in Karimnagar.

The Educational

Counselor will provide one-on-one and group counseling to students and professionals on study abroad options, suitable universities, courses, and career pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing individual profiles, explaining admission and visa requirements, guiding applicants through documentation and application processes, and advising on scholarships and financial planning. The role involves conducting information sessions, maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



coordinating with internal and external partners, and following up with applicants to ensure timely progress.

The Educational

Counselor will also support CV and profile optimization, prepare clients for interviews, and contribute to outreach activities to increase awareness of Premass Overseas Services’ offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to advise on international programs, universities, and application processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Student Counseling skills, including profile assessment, guidance on study options, and support throughout the admission and visa journey.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information, conduct presentations, and build trust with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help students and professionals align academic choices with long-term career goals and global employment opportunities.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Counseling, Business, or related field) is preferred.
- Prior experience in educational consulting, overseas education counseling, or career guidance is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Comfort working with digital tools, online application platforms, and basic MS Office or similar software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners while maintaining a student-focused, ethical approach.
