CWED is looking for passionate and dedicated Education Counsellors to guide students and parents regarding education, career opportunities, scholarships, skill development programs, and admission support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals. This aligns with the common responsibilities expected of education counsellors in academic organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding education and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths.
- Assist candidates with admissions, scholarships, and government education schemes.
- Conduct school, college, and community awareness programs.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Maintain counselling records and submit daily reports.
- Achieve monthly counselling and outreach targets.
- Coordinate educational events, seminars, and career guidance sessions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Graduation mandatory)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in counselling, education, admissions, marketing, or customer service will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Good presentation and counselling skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district
