IMTS Institute is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team at our Noida Sector 3 office.

Position: Education Counsellor

Location: Noida, Sector 3

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive salary + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable courses and programs.
- Understand students’ educational and career goals and recommend appropriate programs.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with students over phone and WhatsApp.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in education counselling/admissions/sales will be preferred.
