Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding UG, PG, Diploma, and Certification programs.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide students through the admission process.

- Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable courses.

- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.

- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate course information.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

- Update student records and follow-up details in the CRM.

- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

- Stay updated on courses, universities, and admission policies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
