We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Education Counsellor to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As an Education Counsellor, you will guide students in choosing the right country, university, and course based on their academic background, career goals, and budget. You will manage the complete student admission journey while delivering an exceptional counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on overseas and domestic education opportunities.
- Recommend suitable universities, courses, and study destinations.
- Provide information on admissions, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and intakes.
- Assist students with university applications and admission documentation.
- Guide students on English language requirements such as IELTS and PTE.
- Coordinate with partner universities regarding applications and offers.




- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in Overseas Education Counselling, Study Abroad, Admissions, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong counselling and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education processes.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in an Overseas Education Consultancy.
- Knowledge of Australia, Canada, UK, USA, New Zealand, and Europe education systems.
- Understanding of university admission procedures.
- Familiarity with IELTS, PTE, and English language requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
