About the job

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and overseas.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable colleges and universities.
- Explain eligibility criteria, NEET requirements, admission procedures, fee structures, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including application submission and documentation.
- Guide students on visa processes, travel arrangements, accommodation, and pre-departure formalities for international admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely updates.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Stay updated with admission guidelines, university policies, and changes in medical education regulations.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and sales abilities.
- Good understanding of MBBS admissions in India and international destinations.




- Knowledge of NEET eligibility and counselling procedures.
- Ability to build trust with students and parents.
- Solid organisational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Management, Science, or related field preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in education counselling, overseas education, or medical admissions.
- Experience working with MBBS admission consultancies is highly preferred.

Preferred Knowledge Candidates with knowledge of admissions in countries such as:

- Kazakhstan
- Uzbekistan
- Kyrgyzstan
- Russia
- Georgia
- Serbia

will be given preference.
