Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

We are a fast-growing Education Consultancy helping students achieve their academic and career goals. We are looking for a motivated, confident, and hardworking individual to join our team as an Education Agency Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and assist students with admission enquiries.

Communicate with students, parents, colleges, and universities.

Manage emails, student records, and documentation.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Handle phone calls and provide professional customer service.

Assist with office administration and daily operations.

Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective students.

Support the admissions team with application processing.

Requirements

Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic typing and data entry skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills.





Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.

Graduate or pursuing graduation is preferred.

Previous experience in an education consultancy, administration, customer service, or sales is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
