A branded IMAV promotional tent will be issued for daily marketing activities.

No security deposit is required when joining.

You are responsible for assembling, dismantling and transporting the tent safely every working day.

The tent will be inspected when your employment ends.

Damage caused by negligence may result in repair or replacement costs being deducted from your final settlement as per company policy.

Keep the tent dry, avoid overstuffing it, transport it carefully and store it safely between shifts.

Morning Briefing Attend the compulsory team briefing before beginning work.

Company App Use your individual login to record activities, enquiries and enrolments.

Evening Briefing Submit your daily report before the end-of-day review with your Team Manager.

? What You'll Do

Set up the company tent at your assigned location.

Introduce Career Compass to students and parents using company-approved sales material.

Explain the program confidently and answer basic customer questions.

✔

Help interested parents complete payment using the official Company UPI QR Code.

Record every enquiry and enrolment using the IMAV Agent App.

✔

Represent IMAV professionally throughout your working day.

? Who We're Looking For

✔

Own a two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling to assigned locations.

✔

Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or above. ✔

Friendly, confident, responsible and committed to representing IMAV professionally.

Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp,



UPI and the IMAV Agent App.

? How Do You Unlock Phase 2?

1 Begin your journey as a Phase 1 Field Sales Agent.

2 Maintain a cumulative average of 5 successful enrolments per working day. 3 Target Example:

110 enrolments across 22 working days. Daily numbers may vary your monthly cumulative total is what matters.

4 Once you achieve the required average, you become eligible for Phase 2 benefits.

⚠ Performance Policy

If your cumulative monthly average falls below 5 successful enrolments per working day , your compensation will continue under the Phase 1 structure until the required performance level is achieved again.

Consistent performance is also considered when evaluating promotions into IMAV's Premium Flagship Course Sales Team.
