We're Hiring — Ecosystem & Operations Associate ?

Agri Founders Field is an agritech venture studio hosted at Sahyadri Farms. We partner with ambitious founders to build, launch, and scale startups solving real-world challenges across agriculture, food systems, and agri allied sector.

The Role -

We're looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys building things from the ground up. You'll work closely with founders, investors, partners, and the core team to keep our venture studio running smoothly and create an exceptional experience for our startup community. No two days look the same.

What You'll Do

Ecosystem & Partnerships

- Coordinate with founders, mentors, investors, corporates, universities, and ecosystem partners
- Build relationships with the stakeholders across industry
- Support partnership activities and ecosystem engagement

Startup Programs & Events
- Plan and execute founder bootcamps, workshops, demo days, hackathons, and community events
- Coordinate logistics, guest experience, vendors, and event execution
- Ensure every program runs smoothly from planning to completion

Venture Operations
- Manage day-to-day studio operations and office administration




- Build and improve internal systems and processes
- Coordinate vendors, facilities, and operational requirements
- Maintain databases, documentation, and operational dashboards

Who We're Looking For
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, comfortable taking ownership
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- Curious, eager to learn, passionate about startups
- Based in or willing to relocate to Nashik
- Compensation: Market-standard, based on experience
