Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Aligarh, responsible for overseeing all online sales and operations for MASTERPIECE JEWELLERY. This role manages product listings, pricing, and catalog updates across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate information, high-quality images, and compelling product descriptions.

The Ecommerce

Manager monitors website performance, analyzes sales data, and implements strategies to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall revenue. Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing to run digital campaigns, managing promotions, tracking inventory for online channels, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from browsing to checkout.



The role also involves responding to ecommerce-related inquiries, working with internal teams on order fulfillment and logistics, and recommending enhancements to the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces, product catalogs, and revenue growth.
- Solid Marketing skills, including digital campaign management, promotional planning, and understanding of customer acquisition and retention.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret sales reports, web analytics, and customer data to inform decisions.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace portals), order management systems, and basic SEO best practices.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Aligarh.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, or consumer goods sectors is an advantage.
