E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE — WOMEN'S APPAREL BRAND (2 POSITIONS)

Fast-growing women's & kids' apparel brand selling on Amazon, Flipkart,

Myntra, Firstcry , Meesho and our own website, with our own manufacturing unit.

THE ROLE

- Manage daily marketplace operations: listings, inventory, pricing,

promotions, order flow
- Track sales, returns and account health; prepare daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate a small back-office team and follow up tasks to completion
- Work daily with AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) for reports, listing content

and problem-solving — full training given
- Handle our website (Shopify) catalog and order operations

WE NEED:
- Good written English (reading + writing) — must




- 1–3 years in e-commerce, export merchandising or back-office preferred;

exceptional freshers with strong English considered
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets; fast learner of current software
- Takes ownership; solves problems without daily supervision

GROWTH: Written 6-month reviews; stronger performer becomes Team Lead within 3–6 months with salary jump. Day shift, Sunday holiday. Shortlisted candidates complete a short trial task before the final interview.
