Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring website performance, analyzing sales data, improving conversion rates, and coordinating with marketing and design teams to launch campaigns that drive traffic and revenue.

The Ecommerce

Manager will handle vendor and marketplace relationships, oversee order processing and customer issue escalation,



and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. The role also involves developing growth strategies, preparing regular performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to meet business targets.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online stores, drive conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Solid Marketing knowledge to plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Experience with major e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace portals) and basic understanding of SEO and web analytics tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role is preferred.
