Job Title: Ecommerce Accountant

Location: Delhi ( Ashok Vihar)

Experience Required: 1 - 2 Years

Salary Budget: 20 k to 25 k per monthly

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, e-commerce transactions, reconciliations, GST compliance, and financial records. The candidate should have hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software and a good understanding of online marketplace accounting

What You'll Do:

- Support CA with all data entries on Busy Software
- Assist CA in reconciliation of all marketplaces




- Coordinate with marketplaces finance team
- Daily entries of Sales, Returns, Purchases, cash expenses, payments on Busy Software
- Generate E-way bills, invoices for marketplaces warehouses
- Make GR's
- Maintain seamless communication across teams and working as one team.

What You Need:

- Strong data management & analysis skills . Excellent proficiency in Excel & Busy software
- Valuable communication & coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of retail/sales practices Detail-oriented, organized & adaptable
- Education/experience in E-commerce merchandising/retail is a must
