Sales Growth

- Drive sales across the website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, etc.)

- Set and hit sales targets; track trends and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities

Marketplace & Listings

- Manage product listings keep pricing, descriptions, and inventory accurate

- Run promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales campaigns

Merchandising

- Optimize product visibility (categorization, content, placement)

- Partner with marketing on online promotions

- Monitor reviews/ratings to protect brand reputation

Inventory & Fulfillment

- Work with supply chain/warehouse to maintain stock levels and avoid stockouts/overstock

- Ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Reporting

- Track KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, returns)

- Share regular reports/dashboards with management

- Flag and fix process gaps

Collaboration

- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and finance

- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and partners
