Job Title:Ecommerce Operation Executive |

Location: Delhi ( Ashok Vihar)

Experience Required: 1 - 3Years

Salary Budget: 25 k to 30 k per month

Working Days- 6

Timings- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace and website operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the apparel industry with strong knowledge of product listings, inventory management, order processing, and marketplace operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and order flow.
- Analyse platform performance and drive improvements in rankings and visibility.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain optimal stock levels across platforms and warehouses.
- Monitor inward/outward stock movements to avoid overstocking or stockouts.




- Coordinate with suppliers or production teams for replenishment.
- Track slow-moving or aging inventory and plan clearance strategies.
- Warehouse & Order Fulfilment
- Oversee order processing, packaging, and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners and ensure SLA adherence.
- Handle return, exchange, and damaged product workflows.
- Implement process improvements for faster TAT (turnaround time).
- Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain dashboards for inventory, sales, and operations KPIs.
- Generate daily/weekly reports for management review.
- Flag operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Should have worked with Fashion Industry like Women, Men or Kids Apparel
- Strong understanding of marketplaces like (Naykaa,Flipkart, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with inventory or order management tools/software.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
